APICDA is proud to offer our Higher Education Scholarship to students attending college on a part-time basis. The application is available on our website at http://www.apicda.com/
Application deadline is July 15th. Scholarships are awarded up to $2,500 per school year based on student's financial need.
To qualify applicants must meet the following criteria:
-Be formally accepted to a college or university and take 6 or more credits per semester.
-Submit a completed application by the deadline of July 15th.
-Meet one of the two residency requirements:
1. historical relationship to one of the following communities Atka, Akutan, False Pass, Nelson Lagoon, Nikolski, St. George, or Unalaska or
2. at least five years current residency in one of the seven communities listed above.
-Maintain a 2.0 GPA
